Avon Live Like A Kardashian("Contest") starts on 21st November 2011 Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and ends on 3rd January 2012 ("Contest Period").

Competition entry is required through the Avon Kardashian microsite, entrants are required to say in 25 words or less why “they would like to live like a Kardashian’.

ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to legal residents of Australia and New Zealand who are 16 years of age or older at the time of entry, including authorized Avon Representatives. Employees of Avon Products Pty. Limited. ("Promoter") and their members of their immediate family (spouse and parent, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws of Australia and New Zealand.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period, visit http://www.avon.co.nz/PRSuite/static/microsites/kardashian/index.html and follow the directions provided to complete the entry form and submit.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by 10th January 2012 at the telephone number and/or email address provided to the Promoter at the time of entry and may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) and any other documents required by Promoter, which must be returned within ten (10) days of date appearing on prize notification or otherwise the potential winners will be deemed to have waived the right to receive the prize and the Promoter is free to award the prize to another entrant. If an Avon Representative is determined to be a potential winner, her/his account must be in good standing (as solely determined by Promoter) as of date of prize award or prize will be forfeited and, at Promoter's discretion, awarded to a runner-up.

If the potential winners cannot be contacted by the Promoter within five (5) days of the prize notification, or if the potential winners refuse to claim or does not claim the gift within five (5) days of the prize notification, the potential winners will be deemed to have waived their rights to the prize and the Promoter is free to award the prize to another entrant.

Grand Prize:

Flights (economy class) from the nearest capital city to Sydney, airport transfers, and accommodation will be arranged by the Promoter, for 2 x Adults.
A shopping spree worth $1000 at Sydney Westfield
A pampering session for two, including hairstyle, manicure, pedicure, spray tan, valued at $600, at an exclusive Sydney salon - at a location to be decided by the Promoter
Dinner for two at Icebergs Sydney, valued at $400
One night’s accommodation for two at the Hilton Sydney
Approximate Value of Grand Prize: $3,500.00 AUD

All winners shall be solely responsible for all taxes, charges or levies on the prizes.
No winner shall be allowed to transfer or assign the prizes and if a prize (in whole or in parts) is not available, the Promoter has the absolute discretion to provide an alternative prize of approximately equal value.

USE OF ENTRIES: By submitting an Entry, each entrant understands that he/she shall retain ownership of the Entry; however, entrant also understands and agrees Promoter shall have a nonexclusive, unlimited, unconditional, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, irrevocable, transferable, and fully sublicensable (through multiple tiers) license to the Entry submitted (including all rights embodied therein) and that it and its designees may post, reproduce, exploit, adapt, edit, modify, create derivative works of, post, distribute, archive, store, and otherwise use the Entry and all elements of such Entry, including, without limitation, the names, photographs, voice, and likenesses of any persons or locations embodied therein, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including, without limitation, on Promoter's website(s) and in Promoter's brochures, for any purposes without compensation, permission or notification to entrant or any third party. Promoter is under no obligation to make use of any of the rights granted herein.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, each entrant agrees:

to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Promoter and judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Contest;
to release, discharge and hold harmless the Promoter, its directors and officers, employees and contractors (the “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant's participation in the Contest or any Contest-related activity or from the Entry or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any awarded prize (including any travel/activity related thereto); and
to the use of his/her name, voice, performance, photograph/video, image and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Promoter and its designees, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from entrant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so.

By participating, entrant also agrees not to release any publicity or other materials on his/her own or through someone else regarding his/her participation in the Contest without the prior consent of the Promoter, which it may withhold in its sole discretion.

DATA PRIVACY: Entrants agree that Personal Information provided by them may be handled, accessed, stored or used by Promoter in order for the Entrants to participate in the Contest and also to verify identity or eligibility to enter the Contest or any other purposes as specified in the Privacy Statement and may be shared by Promoter with third parties locally or located in another country with privacy laws that are different from those in Australia or New Zealand.

If you would like to review, correct, update, suppress, delete or otherwise limit our use of your Personal Information that has been previously provided to us, you may contact us at the address set out below of these Rules. To the extent permitted by law, we will endeavor to comply with all requests as soon as reasonably practicable. But if you elect to remove your Personal Information from us, you will no longer be able to participate in the Contest.

MISCELLANEOUS: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled Entries; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing and judging of Entries, the announcement of the prizes, the incorrect uploading of the photo or in any Contest-related materials.

Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Contest or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Promoter, will be disqualified and all associated Entries will be void. Should any portion of the Contest be, in Promoter's sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Promoter, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of Entries, Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to action taken using the judging procedure outlined above.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
